Deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria

The delivery of goods ordered from filstar.com is carried out by the courier company Econt Express.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days from Monday to Friday. The deadline for order fulfillment is 2 business days, and we strive to fulfill them as quickly as possible.

Delivery address:

- You can request to receive your shipment at an Econt office or to an address convenient for you. If you have registered on our site, this information will always appear by default, as you entered it during your registration or as you correct it in your profile. You can also correct it before finalizing each order.

Delivery cost:

- The delivery cost for orders under €75.00 (146.69 leva) to an Econt office is a fixed amount - €2.60 (5.09 leva), which is calculated in the total value of the order.
- The delivery cost for orders under €75.00 (146.69 leva) to the address is a fixed amount - €4.10 (8.02 leva), which is calculated in the total value of the order.
- For orders over €75.00 (146.69 leva), shipping is free.
- There may be exceptions (such as the transport of boats, kayaks, large quantities of bait or lead), for which we will contact the Recipient additionally and specify the delivery before sending the order.

Every order from filstar.com is sent with the Preview option. Before you sign to accept the shipment and pay the courier, make sure that the goods have not been damaged during transport and/or the packaging is intact. In such a case, you should request a Damaged Shipment Report from the courier.

In case of problems with receiving the shipment, contact us for assistance before signing that you accept the shipment from the courier and do not pay the amount of the payment due until the case is clarified. If you are unable to contact us, write on the waybill the reason for refusing to accept the shipment. The costs of returning goods purchased from the online store filstar.com are at the expense of the Recipient.

Return of products:

Any customer may return products received from the Sender within 14 days, in accordance with the terms of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act (Consumer Protection Act). The products must be in undamaged packaging and unused.

For orders paid by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, we refund the amount only by bank transfer.

To return all products from an order, or part of the products, please print the attached HERE form, fill it out and attach it to the shipment.

If you are unable to print the form, please send us the following information via our contact form before returning the shipment:
Order number, description of the products, if the entire order is not being returned, bank account number to which you can receive the amount you paid for the items (excluding shipping costs) and name of the account holder.

The cost of shipping in case of return is at the customer's expense.

Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect them and, if they have not been used or are in damaged packaging, we will refund the amount within 10 days of receiving the shipment.

Deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria

Deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria are considered individually according to the destination of receipt, weight and volume of the shipments. Upon receipt of an order, the delivery of which will be outside the country, the Sender contacts the Recipient and informs him in advance about the transport costs. It is also possible that a given shipment cannot be sent to the desired destination.
